 1. How many prizes are available in the Gimme $5 Giveaway sweepstakes?
We are giving away 400,000 prizes. Each prize is a cash card worth $5.00 USD.
2. How do I know if I have won?
Look inside a specially marked package of Fruit By The Foot, Fruit Roll-Ups, or Gushers fruit flavored snacks to see if there is a cash card glued to the inside of the box.
3. How do I redeem the sweepstakes prize?
All you have to do is call the 1-800 number located on the sticker on the card. After you have activated the card, you can use it at any store that accepts Discover Network Cards.
4. Can I add money to the card?
No, you cannot add money to the card.
5. Is this a credit card?
No, the Gimme $5 Giveaway cash card does not function like a credit card. You are limited to the $5.00 that is already on the card.
6. How long will I be able to use this card?
The card can be used until 5/31/09 or until you have spent the $5 available on the card, whichever comes first.
7. What if I don’t spend $5.00 on my first use of the card – will the remaining value still be available to me?
Yes. The card can be used until 5/31/09 or until you have spent the $5 available on the card, whichever comes first.
